One of our recent continuous improvement projects has been the re-sequencing and relabeling of every product location for every item – this includes end cap signage and other visual cues to clearly define and demarcate areas of the warehouse, racking sets, and item locations. Barcoded labels work in tandem with our warehouse management and ERP systems, and the label code contains pertinent information regarding the stock or overstock item in that specific location. The product bin labels have a slight stand-off to give a 3D effect and provide a greater differentiation from any other communication on the racking. As soon as product is received into our facility, it is directly placed in a dedicated storage location or is staged for shipment.

Even though this internal project may not be visible to you, our primary goal is to increase accuracy, speed, and throughput of order processing for an expedited shipment to you.
