Simply put, they’re license plates for products, and our warehouse management system (WMS) utilizes these tags for more efficient order picking and accurate shipments. As of Spring 2021, all BPI locations utilize this barcoding and wireless technology to improve inventory accuracy, inventory control, and productivity throughout warehouse and yard operations.

Inventory visibility is crucial to making sure that you get what you need when you need it. With our WMS, inventory levels are live, which helps us securely procure products and avoid backorders. The license plates on products allow for traceability, which is crucial to eliminating redundancy and tracking inventory from the time of receipt to the time of delivery. The WMS works in sync with our ERP system, allowing us to plan better for your success.
